An overwhelming majority of UK gaming content creators who are already earning money from what they do are **very optimistic about revenue growth over the next year**.
According to recent survey data published in March 2025, among UK gaming content creators who currently generate income from their content:
97 % believe their revenues will “increase significantly” over the next year.
Of those earning money from their content, around 29 % reported making more than £1,000 per month, and streaming, sponsorships and subscriptions were the most common income streams.
That same research also found broader engagement and growth trends among UK gamers — including that a third of UK gamers say creators influence their spending decisions.
This sentiment reflects a **positive outlook on the creator economy within gaming**, with most creators anticipating income growth as audience engagement and monetisation opportunities (like brand partnerships or platform revenue shares) continue to expand.
